Our service is food, but our purpose is being green. We make fantastic meals with local, organic, fresh produce and proteins, and we make all of our dressings and sauces from scratch. Nothing comes to us pre-packaged. Even our signature "Mother Trucker" vegan burgers are handmade at our commissary and loaded with fresh veggies. |

 Integrity is a big part of who we are at Green Truck. We are 100% green - from our packaging to our produce to our solar-powered commissary. Our trucks are powered on vegetable oil and bio-diesel, naturally.
